I am very very cross with my service I am getting from DSTV
My Box office is not updating - last year December it was so bad we actually exchanged our decoder for a new one.
I have had this problem for couple of weeks now then the operator resets or resend signal and then I must wait 48 hours or miss whatever I have to watch completely, first it was my entertainment now my box office, they gave me some story regarding the memory on my dstv. I have the PVR for 3 years now and I know exactly how it works memory wise.
Now every time it is not updating I must phone hold on for how long - and who pays for my account for my cell nobody else but me.
Then we miss whatever movies that was on - I don't think its good service - I pay my subscription and expect service but in return I only get aggravated.
The consultants are great but my service I am receiving is from the provider itself
