MOBILE DRIFTA CONNECTION

I kept receiving an E16-4 error message on my drifta. I accessed the DSTV website and tried all the tricks on the self service menu, but also with constant error messages (I hope DSTV corrects this). I am not going to go into detail of my call of this afternoon, which completely wasted my time, however, my call of this evening to an operator (I sadly did not take his name), I would like compliment for his absolute competent level of professionalism and SERVICE (this is the key word and most important). He kept me informed all through our conversation and wasted no time with pointless questions as some operators like doing especially if they have no clue. I appreciate good service like that which I received this evening. Well done!!! Please feel free to access my account details which I am providing should you want to trace back the call.
