How is it possible that this monopoly type organisation can have a 20 min waiting time at their call centre. Their self help on their website tends to ask you to contact the said call centre 2/3 three actions you make leaving you with no choice but to endure 20 mins of poorly recorded voice overs from non-professional VoiceOver artists.
I know there are 3 issues raised- the main being a 13-20 min wait on the call centre. R1400 pm should buy me better!
