Good evening, we travel around SA frequently and more frequently call the Multichoice Call Centre to switch on or off various cards. The previous two occasions have left me disappointed due to the fact that each time I held for 15-20min before a agent was able to pick up my call. From there the service have gotten significantly worse - tonight I was held waiting for 30 MINUTES, whereafter I could not wait any longer and put down the phone. Is it just me or have your service gone WAY downhill!!!
