Unauthorised debit

I have submitted an email on their website as well as left messages with their call centre. I cannot remember signing up for their services (i am a member at country club jhb!) but have been debited for the last 5 months by R226 per month. Pls can someone get back to me and tell my why they are collecting from my account.
