No response to notice & even more lost channels

When I e-mailed TopTV in the past regarding my concerns about their dwindling product offering, they would phone me within 5 minutes! Now that I've eventually had enough and decided to go back to DSTV, they ignore both my letters of notice! No response whatsoever!

Since I'm still their customer for (hopefully no longer than) July, I take it that I can thus also comment on the loss of yet another significant channel in their portfolio! Fox Retro seems to be no more, which was (apart from the music & Top Crime) the last significant channel distinguishing them from DSTV. I know that Fox International is at fault here, but when your bouquet is already so stripped down, the loss of something as significant as Fox Retro can be fatal in my opinion. Adding insult to injury, their competition has now announced a new Fox Crime channel!

Guys, please acknowledge my notice letter, because I'm going to be a very difficult ex-customer if you keep deducting funds from my account after the end of my notice period, as alleged by other customers on this forum! I have written to you both on 21 June 2013 requesting confirmation of notice, and repeated my request on 25 June 2013, with no response.
