I recently subscribed to DSTV and when I did I opted to pay via direct debit. It was set for the 25th day of the month but was not debited this month even though there were sufficient funds in my account. I assumed that the debit might still go off by the last day of the month perhaps.
This morning, my service (of just 2 weeks) has been suspended and I cannot get a number to speak to anyone about this and only get a voice prompt for self service and now an additional R50 re-connection is needed. I don't see why I should pay for re-connection when I had a debit order set up I called to subscribe.
Now I am without service and cannot speak to a real person as well to voice my complaint.
