I had 2 incidents at Nu Metro Montecasino and despite e-mailing them directly they have not bothered to respond. On the first occasion on Tuesday 11th June I had to wait over 40 minutes for refreshments which meant missing part of the movie despite having staff sitting around doing nothing. On Sunday 16th June I went to a 17h00 movie and the cinema had not been cleaned between shows!! I had to wipe someone elses popcorn off my seat before I could sit down. This was apparently escalated to the complex manager and head office but nearly a week later and I have not heard from anyone.
