I went to Montecasino to purchase tickets for the Girls Night Out (GNO) in July. It is a popular event&tickets must be bought early. When I arrived at NuMetro counter to purchase tickets the woman at the counter had no idea what I was talking about. I asked her to please get a manger to assist. She called over her Supervisor, Mokgadi who found the GNO event on the system. I asked for 3 tickets&handed over my Gold Monte Club Festival card. She then passed me a slip of paper that stated "The selected date is too far in the future, only allowed to book 5 days in the future". Every time I come to book I am given the same story&then someone makes a plan&I get my tickets as I cannot be guaranteed tickets closer to event. Mokgadi told me she won't help me&that it is not her problem&I must pay full price (R54 as opposed to R25) or go fight with someone at the club festival desk. I was a guaranteed sale&she sent me away¬ even the slightest effort to help me. She folded her arms and refused!
I'm sure this problem has risen many times with Monte Club Festival card holders wanting to purchase movie tickets in advance and needs to be addressed, as well as NuMetros rude& unhelpful staff members.
