Just got back from the movies at Galleria and it was utterly disappointing, upon entering the cinema to watch Fast and furious I realised the air-conditioner was not on and so I went to inform the Manager Thobani that the cinema is very full and the heat will be unbearable, he said he will switch it on, which he did for few minutes and then switched it off again. It was unbearably hot and after the movie i confronted the manager thobani again and he said the aircon was not working, I feel this is unacceptable and totally unnecessary. I did not want the aircon set on cold but just needed some air in there. He did not have to lie...
