Wrong movie/long queues/self serv broken
4 of us went to Canal walk on Sunday to watch Hangover 3. Obviously the queue was long, with only 2 people working at the tills, and what use is a self service kiosk if only 2 out of 10 machines are working. so at 5pm the theatre starts filling up and they play the trailor of Hangover (Why? ) thats what we are watching why would we need to see the shorts!? then the sound goes dead... and everyone just sat there in silence for a good 10-15 minutes until eventually my cousins fiancee went to complain. She got a guy who ran up to the projection room, so #1 either there was no one there doing their job in the first place. or #2 the person who was there wasnt paying attention to what they were doing. So eventually when the movie started we had to watch those trailors again making the process even more miserable. Going out is rare for me since im a student and currently unemployed with the price of a movie and popcorn its now a luxury for me. I have worked in customer service for many years... I can understand that its frustrating when a customer is wrong and making it seem as if you are the one not doing your job when you are, however there was no attempt made in this case.
