Poor and horribly slow service

I was left dumbfounded by the terrible experience at cedar square this Sunday night. The queue for popcorn was unusually long and moving terribly slowly. This queue is exposed to the elements which were unpleasant through no fault of the cinema. However the source of the queue was made apparent immediately upon reaching the front. The trainee cashier was clearly well out of his depth and failed to even notice us at the counter. He then failed to understand our order then got it wrong, left to make up boxes then disappear then consult the other cashier who was marginally more competent. We were then informed that our order was out of stock then after some confused pottering behind the counter our order was produced. Then after payment was made he neglected to even give the goods to us making us reach over the counter to retrieve them. Thankfully I had cash as I imagine the operation of the card machine would have added to the 10 minute service. All in all a miserable experience which could easily have been avoided with some basic managerial oversight.By the comments of others we were not alone.
