Please give me a breakdown on the R 164.40. I clearly don't understand where do this arrears are coming from because when I reactivated the service I was told to pay R221.10 plus R50.00 connection fee and I paid R275.

I received a sms on the 31/05/2013 stating I should pay R214.40 including a connection fee, but my account was debited with R261.12. what is really going on.
