I refer to my recent complaint on this site which seemed to be handled very quickly and efficiently. My account was suspended due to my smart card being outdated therefore I also cancelled my membership. My account was debited by -R600 which I was refunded 2 months later.
I thought my problems had been resolved, however to my absolute SHOCK and horror I see Multichoice have debited my bank account by a further R935, 22.
I desparately need this money in order to pay my other accounts! Please, I am no longer a subscriber, I cancelled my membership telephonically. I never reactivated it, please stop debiting my account. Please urgently refund my money.
