Debited account incorrectly

Issa Shaik from My Personal assistance contacted me on the 09/05/2013 to take out a contract, it sounded very good at the time. I cancelled this on the 10/05/2013 as i was not happy with this. My husband was still getting SMS's after cancelling this contract. I called their call centre on 0861 33 33 56 2 times thereafter and was assured that this was cancelled. This was not cancelled. I have been debited for R198.
