I called Multichoice and their assistant said to me my father owe them R1199, the last time I checked Dstv when you did not pay they switch off the Dstv, why they did not switch it off when the debit order did not go through. They did not even alert my dad that the debit order did not go through. We don't have a problem with paying but this is unfair treatment as my father was not aware that the debit order for 4 months was not successful. I went to the nearest branch Wonder-park and they told me the same thing, and it is not their fault but my my dad `s bank is their fault as they did not alert him.
