Unfair Labour Practices

I have resign because of the unfair treatment we would receive, management are to focus on their pockets, no agent is permanent; why because they don't want to pay however people are schedule to work shifts until 08:00 at night without transport and enough cash to go as they don't get paid well.

Considering the fact that we have families and responsibility, if it happens you get sick when u suppose to forward your time sheet you are not going to get paid for that week, however a Doctor's note it's compulsory and you will be expected to come to work. Management don't care if you don't have cash or what would your children eat for that week not paid.

With that frustration in mind employees are expected to give customers full service hence Computicket always have queries regarding customers tickets and booking, Management should learn that they are where they are because of the hard working employees which they are the same as them in the Company.

When you are in a Management position always remember that you dealing with human beings with brains and goals in life, most importantly with families to take care of same as you.
