Our cellphone was from a locked room at Sun City Cascades on the 23rd Feb 2013. We have made statements and sent mails and done all required to no avail. We are fighting a burocracy and the little guys always loses. All we want is for the cellphone to be replaced as it was in a locked room at the hotel.
