Don't respond to email

A few months ago I had a problem with a debit order not going off on time so my dstv was disconected. I had an. Arragment made with a Victoria that worked with the arrears accounts to pay R400 every second friday until the outstanding money was paid in full and then continue to pay 300 every second friday... I sent her an email to ask for an statement and got a automatic reply stating she doesn't work there anymore but got an email adress I had to forward my msg to... I did that and was told that a consultant would phone me within 3 days well its been 6 days now with no one phong me but now I get msgs stateing that if I don't pay my account in full today my account will be disconnected again!!! I made a promise to victoria and I kept my promise but now that she doesn't work there anymore I get no replies from dstv and it sounds like they don't accept my pay arragment anymore!!! I need to know what's going on and iam not using my airtime to phone in that's why I use the emails!
