I want to pay but they don't want my money?

I wanted to pay my DSTV account today at Satellite Centre, Oudtshoorn. Normally I would use the Kiosk, but after finding out that each transaction cost R20 I wanted to pay by ladies at the tills to avoid this extra cost to an already expensive DSTV montly fee.

For some time now Satellite Centre doesn't accept cash payments, and today I was told they don't accept card payments anymore and that I have to use the Kiosk. I payed my account by them because it was convenient and close to my home, and I don't want to commit to a Debit order.

I find this unacceptable and will therefore be cancelling my DSTV, pronto!
