i purchased 2 expansion packs for sim3 from [URL Removed] website, we downloaded the games after many hours on wireless. when trying to install these expansion packs i get continuous errors, i called the EA support in S.A. and was given some non sensible solution, after trying this i have still had no joy.
i want my money reversed back to my acc. asap with regards to this purchase.
i have tried to contact them but to no response.

I have had no joy downloading this game, it took hours to download costing me a lot of
Money in data. Eventually when it downloaded, it refuses to install giving me continues errors" I am tired of this nonsense, I called your help centre in south and was given some silly solution, which does does not.
I want my money back into my credit card immediately, this was a waste on my money and time.
