Lack of integrity, morals and client service

More than R30000 worth of lights were ordered from Lite Centre.
There was a verbal agreement that the quote will be accepted on condition that delivery and installation of all the lights are included.
100% Upfront payment of all the lights were done.

2 Pendant lights were installed in the kitchen that did not match the lights quoted on.
One light of R6000 was returned seeing that it did not match the picture in the cataloque it was ordered from (catalogue: cream, reality: bright white).
Service was requested to exchange the light for another light. No service was received over a period of two weeks and a refund was therefor requested.

Lite Centre refused a refund on the returned light andwanted to issue a credit note less the handling charges, cost of scaffolding, less labour, less cost of installation.
Also, the refused to install all remaining lights and just want to deliver it.

Lite Centre is in total breach of contract as well as against section 20 of the consumer protection act.

No resolution was found except for me accepting the returned light.
