I would just like to compliment Tony Emery from Harcourts for a great job done with selling my home, I had been struggling since January this year to sell my home, I gave it over to Tony about 2 weeks ago, & he already got me a clean offer, & negotiated his commision so that I could get out what I needed, Tony has a remarkable attitude, always giving me personal feedback, & really went the extra mile to try and help me sell my home, I have to wait for a renegotiated offer, from Tonys client, when I asked Tony if in the interim I should cancel my first offer that I had on the house, he acted in my best interest and advised me to wait until he had a revised offer in writing so that I would not loose out on any opppertunity to sell my home, he really has my best interest at heart, & is only concerned that I sell my home even if he does not beneft from it, now that is an agency that I would refer to all my friends, Harcourts and Tony, you are an commendable agency and I wish the other agencies could behave as you do, because we have had a really bad experiance with one of the other agencies, who really treated us badly, I wish they would learn from you, THANK YOU TONY, YOU ARE AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY
