I called Sarah yesterday regarding my deposit refund as I moved out of the flat in December last year, and she said that I'll get an email from her with an account statement of which I did. When I read it I was not happy with their explanation for the repairs that they claim to have made. I called Sarah and she said I should write an email explaining everything and I did that, I even attached an email that I sent to them last year with regards to that.
Today I received an email from Chiara and she sent me an email saying that it was my fault not to notify them, yet I spent the whole of last year trying to call them regarding the things which were not right in the flat and they did not bother to come and see. I tried to call him and he was very rude to me and did not even give me a chance to explain.
They claim that they made repairs which is not true. I have a proof that there were things which were not okay in that flat because they sent me a snag list where I was writing down all the things which were wrong. I filled in that form and they did not bother to come back to me and now they claim that they made the repairs and they'll charge it on my deposit. I'm not happy at all.
