After having none of the faults in the flat sorted out when we moved in, despite reporting them time and time again, 7 months later we were accused for not paying the first months rent and security deposit. And then, when we moved out of the flat we were refused our security deposit, because Homerent said we left things broken/faulty in the flat. We had to threaten lawyers and we even got a court summons against them before anything was done about us getting our security deposit back.
