I purchased a Zodiac MX8 pool cleaner in December 2012. It had recently become sluggish and only worked intermittently. I called Eslian at customer service, and told him the problem. I also informed him that there were no service agents in my area. After sending through the proof of purchase and serial number to him, he arranged for a technician to come through to my house the very next day. Even though the fault ended up not being with the MX8, the advice I received from the technician, and great after sales service from Eslian get's a BIG thumbs up from me! Well done Zodiac!
