I sent the following eamil to William Bester after much back and fourth regarding a property rental that we were interested in: "We are no longer interesteed in this place, I find you very unprofessional, you never get back to me, I have to aways sms you or email you. I leave you messages on voicemail and you never bother getting back to me. Your lack of service and interest in a potential client is shocking and i don't wish to have any further dealings with you." Wiliam responded as follows: " Perfect, when the sun stops revolving around you, i hope you find somewhere to live" I wasn't suprised by the response, and wasn't going to take it further, but then changed my mind. If i had an agent responsible for renting out my property, i wouldnt expect him to treat potential clients this way. I didn't know that asking him to accomodate me to view the property was having the sun revolve around me.it seems the other way around since i have to work around him, he advised also that he would be going to the coast for a while, meaning what? the rental stands still? What has our service industry come to? My hope is that the owner of the property is aware of the kind of agent they have.
