In March 2013, I entered into a Contract with RSA properties for a rented apartment in Standerton. In the 1st week of May 2013 I submitted a letter, indicating that I was going to vacate the flat end of May 2013 as I was relocating in Ermelo.
As per the signed contract The Property broker was supposed to pay me back my deposit after 2 months, including the month that I gave them the notice, i.e They were supposed to pay back my deposit in mid July.
I called them several times and every time I called I was told Thea was not in the office and was going to contact me when she is back.
Up-to-date I haven't received any correspondence from them.
