My name is Lefa Letsoalo and I am one on the tenants in a flat (Kaya-Lynn) which is managed by Pro Admin Property Administrators and I would like to state that this is the worst flat I have ever stayed at, firstlty ths place is poorly managed, it's old and ran down and yet nobody seems to care, you request that staff be fixed and they tace forever to send someone, level of security is non-existant as I have had my laundy twice on the washing line and IT IS NOT ONE OF THE TENANTS! Now it's apparent that the administrators owe the munusipality some money and now the whole block of flats is without electricity and it's been 3 days!!! How the do you make people pay rent and yet you pocket the whole lot and fail to even pay the munisipality??? Honestly I have been staying in Sunnyside Pretoria for 7years and I have never seen the non-sense that I see here, the level of security and overall the level of service is non existant, is 3am and I woke up to a person on my window trying to pull stuff in my bed room with a piece of wire, shouldn't even say a try coz my two jeans are gone and food is rotting in the fridge.
