Frustrated wating for Rent to paid into my account

I had tenants moved into my property in February and they paid rent and deposite with the agency and I am still waiting to be paid. Inittialy I was told that I have not submitted all the documents and after I faxed and refaxed the docs more that five times and then I was told I gave the incorrect banking details and then they said the money was transfered into my account but it has been more than a week and I still haven't received it yet. I am still waiting for my February payment.
