Never write an email when you notify city property that you are terminating your contract after the lease ends - because that to them is not a written notice - and don't ever trust there servicing department to tell you the process either because they will not bother - after spending my own money to - paint and clean the unit before moving i was told i wont be getting my full deposit, thou some one moved in the same month. you are - hope the hurt you inflict on others comes back a thousand fold.
