Have not received deposit 5 months after the fact

I moved out of a rented apartment at the end of September 2012. It is now nearing the end of February - 5 months later - and I still have not received the deposit I paid upon the commencement of renting the apartment. Morne Badenhorst is the agent responsible and has not replied to my emails since the 21st of January 2013.

Firstly, It is ludicrous that the process should take this long and, secondly, completely unprofessional for Morne Badenhorst to stop replying to me for the past month.

I am desperate for my deposit back and am receiving no assistance from Indigo7 Properties.
