When you phone the company she sounds like she doesnt want to speak to you. She shouts at you when she is irritated and even to all the people that works for them she doesnt have people skills at all and shouldnt work as someone who represents a company as she makes that you dont want to phone back with her snotty attitude! and gives the company a bad name.
