Deposit not paid back and extra charges

I had a lease with renico- Ascot estate Crystal Park, where I rendered my notice and vacated on the 29 February, I was advised that my lease deposit money will be paid back within 11 to 14 working days. while awaiting the funds to be deposited I then received a bill from Marcelle Steyn (Property Manager) of utilities which I normally pay in advance with my monthly rent, also there was a charge of a blockage bath job card which i had no idea about, hence I never logged a case of such and never experience such.
Now no one responds to my emails and Kgomotso Peacock claims that the funds have been deposited to my account, which is not true as I have since requested the proof of payment which never surfaced and today its the 19th working day.

I will not advise anyone to take the lease deposit option with Renico ASCOT estate as they push their tenants to go for that option, and then at the end, they don't want to pay back the deposit instead give you the runaround, no accountability to queries logged. no professionalism at all I would rather go squatting than to take a lease with RENICO ASCOAT ESTATE.
