My flat mate, me and my father were all shouted at and hung up on by the administrator at Chris van der Walt Properties when all we requested to know was who we must speak to about a broken geyser. She was rude and called us rude before we had had a chance to even speak. The standard of service was appalling and we will never use their services due to this.
