I have realised that with just letting only way to be heard is either complain or come to hellopeter because the last time my light bulbs needed to be replaced it took you 3 months and only fibxed becoz i laid a complaint at head office.
When I moved in 01 May 2013 there was a list of items to be fixed which part of that list was a licking kitchen tap which later became worse and only produced a fraction of water, I informed Caylee Frost last year July about this but nothing was ever done and now the tap have completely stopped working and we have to use bathroom water, I emailed Caylee again yesterday, no response or even acknowledgement of my query. I am not gonna bother mentioning all other issues but this is pathetic, what if we do these by our selves and get the worst suppliers u can find? what then? do you even care?
