I signed a lease with renpron in march 2013. The place was in a bad condition when we move it. They promised to renovate the place and they never did. Its almost a year now and they still haven't fixed a thing. I've been begging them to fix and all they do is promising that they will and they never do. The shower door keeps falling and its dangerous. We even payed inspection money but they do not want to renovate the place. The place looks horrible for people to live in most especially for the money we paying.
