Trafalgar is managing my rental property, for a fee! This is now the umpteenth time that they have sent me a statement reflecting an amount of R4 444.00 yet I only receive R2 498.78 in my bank account. I then have to take time to followup on this shortfall which means I incur costs on top of their admin fee that they charge. I have been promised that the issue has been sorted but for some reason I was paid a shortfall yet again. I am going to follow up for the last time today. If I do not receive sufficient explanations I will be forced to dump this company as they do not seem to understand the concept of decent service. Poor, poor, poor!
