AML Property services managed the rental of the flat that I own. I switch to other managing agency due to poor and bad service from AML. Emanuel have not paid over the deposit and the levies outstanding although he said he has. After asking for the proof of payment, he cannot provide it. I have giving him 2 email addresses and have communicated with him over email, yet he cannot provide me with the proof of payment.
AML property services is a very bad company to manage properties and should be avoided at all costs.
