In 2011 I moved in at the Image 1. Since about Nov 2012 I queried when taps are opened from another unit above me a very irritating noise comes from the pipes. I send numerous emails to the De Lucia Group informing them but nothing gets done. I had a plumber Glen visiting the premises andf his findings once cold water is open, this cause the noise as pipes are narrow when cold water comes out. To my surprise the geaser was replaced??? This still not resolved the PIPES ISSUE??? I will not pay for the geaser account until such time the PIPES issue is sorted out. I must add it seems it is an OVERALL problem withing the complex and now I was told if it is warm water pipe issue BODY CORP will pay and cold water OWNER will pay! I disagree and need this issue to be sorted out before I will pay a cent!! thanking you in advance!!!
