We are renting 30 Wildebees street Middelpos from Pam Golding. The agent dealing with our rental is Filon Smit. We moved in 1 Dec 2012. A list of fixes was given to their offices within the 1st 7 working days and numerous follow up attempts have been made to no avail. Filon promised us that she would get the water issue and Water coolers resolved for us as soon as possible. We've taken it upon ourselves to fix some of the stuff at our own expense and we haven't received any refunds as yet. When we paid our deposit, we paid up to 6 months rent as well as admin fee and 1 month deposit. I have been struggling with Filon to get our list of fixes done. I find the service shocking and appalling. This is in breach of our contract. These fixes needs to be done ASAP. I want resolution before the end of January or else I want my future dated rentals refunded and I'll start looking for other rental properties. If I knew service would be this bad, I would have never contacted Pam Golding at all!
