My lease at Sifon Park in Robertville finished at the end of July and I have still not received my deposit back even after numerous phone calls and emails where I was told that it was being processed, yet nothing has happened and it's DECEMBER already. I sent the incorrect documents during the request for my refund on the 2nd of September and was only notified on the 15 November that it was the incorrect documents. I then forwarded the correct documentation the same day but am still WAITING!
