Mr Gerhard Ras entered into a lease agreement for the period 1 September 2011 to 31 August 2012. Upon termination prior to the end of the term, Mr Ras failed to refund to me my original deposit. He did not supply his business address on the Lease agreement. Phone calls are left unanswered.
