Just to note, this is one incident of many which has already cost me thousands due to lack of interest from Seeff Queensburgh. Previous incidents have had my children hospitalized. This incident is that it had taken them 11 month to fix a leaking pipe which I have until now covered the cost for the excess water.
Then I receive a bill of more than double my normal rates and they firstly have the worst possible attitude. I contacted their head office and was told by Jan Vermeulen that its useless to contact them as he would just deny me contacting him. He will not cover any balance of previous bills and only R700 of a R3500 bill from the last month.
The property was handed over in the worst possible state, which I have had to try maintain. I was explicitly told that I am not allowed to make any repairs to the property. The property is for sale, however bank stated they would not finance it due to the side of the house sinking. I honestly cannot wait to leave, however I cannot live in these conditions with children around and they take no ownership.
I am not allowed to repair anything, however I must pay for waste of water and hospital bills?
