I paid CSI rentals by mistake and tried to contact them about the matter. I was told by Ikanya Pansegrouw telephonic that my money will be refunded when the MD comes back from his trips because they cant authorised it. This week when the MD came back I was told the company that the money was paid to was sold therefore can not be paid. I called to find out and insisted that I speak to the MD-the reply from MR C Legassick was that he can pay me because I was at that building which I never did-I called him again and he said I am dating someone there and should stop calling his office. All I want is my money for my kids I given the company proof that I paid them now they want to pay my money pack.
