I took in my laptop for screen repair, after they said the laptop has too many problems we agreed that they will stop the rapairs and refund my R2220 I deposited at FNB, because they said they won't start until I pay. I paid the money on the 19 february, by 21 February we had agreed that the money will be refunded. I have been calling them every week since then, always say they will refund me, but they never do. I really need help with this problem. Its a lot of money and I have already paid a lot of airtime calling them.
