I put my property on sale in June this year due to a possible move to JHB. Move was put off but decided to leave the property on to see what offer we get. I contacted at least 4 other prominent agencies including Pam Golding. Koseelan was the only agent that valued my property in the region of where i was thinking and worked tirelessly to attract the relevant buyers. He went out of his way to sell my property and maintained professionalism and courtesy at all times. He worked according to my schedule when others were not as accommodating! Suffice to say, he got an OTP for me that was certainly attractive. Unfortunately, we got cold feet and decided not to sell - i'm sure this must have been extremely frustrating for him however he remained professional and instead of expressing any frustration, he said to me that it was a pleasure to market my property and that i should contact him should i have a change of heart! Pam Golding certainly have a gem here that sets them apart from the rest for me at least. I will definitely be recommending him to all those i know and will definitely use him in future if buying or selling! I hope you see to it to reward people like this for their effort.
