I am an owner of a unit in a complex managed by above agency, I have personally experienced the following:-
They sold their services to our trustees at the time under false pretences - introducing the elder owner as director with experience, but who then faded completely from the scene to be run by a younster and inexperienced staff who acts as if they're in full control with complete full rights and say in all matters with a condescending and very bad attitude.
They further took it upon themselves to debit my (all owners) monthly statements with extra amounts without authorisation - which I refused to pay;
they ignored all my request to provide me as an owner to have access to required documents;
they make up their own Sectional Title rules;
they're more interested in making money from their subsidiary operation called Zipher who provided us with absolutely useless caretaking, caretakers, and in making money by doing bad repair and maintenance jobs at our complex using unqualified workers. It should not be allowed and such services should be taken up by relevant authorities i.e. NAMASA and EAB.
