I have a unit that i am renting out via Just Letting Midrand. Since august 2013, my payments have been coming in after the 10th of each month. When i tried to cancel the contract, they wanted me to pay cancellation fees evn though they were in breach of the contract, which stated payments after the 7th must be made directly to me.
I find the new owner Brian van Wijk to be an aggrogant, unhelpful and rude person, who does not accept responsibility for their short comings. I continued the contract with them after contact with theit customer care (who were extremely unhelpful) but to my surprise the problem still persists.
I have mailed their customer care again on Monday (to cancel) and to date have received no response from Brian nor from their customer DONT care.
I would not advise anyone to use Just letting services as they main concern is their own pocket and not your interest.
