This lady is very rude, we as tenants does not mind to have all the little maintenance problems fixed ourselves, but the bigger issues that concerns our safety we would like the property agency to assist us in this. Monarch should put someone more professional in this position that can follow up on all the complaints and that can deal with people. We have got mostly ladies staying in this complex and there are children as well. Surely the things that was put in place that we are also paying for should be in working condition?
